Qualifications : 

  • Social Media Marketing experience.

  • Experience developing social media strategies.

  • Experience working with & developing a marketing plan.

  • Proven ability to build social media communities.

Responsibility : 

  • Monitoring the company's brand on social media.

  • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.

  • Running company social media advertising campaigns.

  • Formulating high-quality written & virtual content for each social media campaign.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Qualifications : 

  • Diploma/degree in arts, graphic design, multimedia or equivalent.

  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent.

  • Good command in English, both speaking and writing.

  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibility : 

  • Design Logo, product image , buisness card, banners and more .

  • Creative, multi tasking, self motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions

  • Capable of executing design projects independently

  • Resourceful in creative ideas and active in brainstorming

  • Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized

  • Excellent time management skills

EVENT ASSISTANT

Responsibility : 

• Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.
• Handling budgeting and invoicing.
• Liaising and negotiating with vendors.
• Negotiating sponsorship deals.
• Handling logistics.
• Updating senior management.
• Managing branding and communication.
• Developing event feedback surveys.
• Obtaining permits.
• Handling post-event reports.
• Setting clear objectives and targets for events.
• Helping to promote events and liaising with Marketing & Projects Department.
• Gathering feedback and data after an event.
• Coming up with new and innovative ideas- Both for events and event promotion.
Working within a budget for events and managing spending accordingly.
• Problem solving and hosting during event.

RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications : 

  • Female.

  • 18-30 Years Old.

  • Minimum SPM qualifications.

  • At least 1 years experience as Customer Service.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Basic English (Writing & Speaking)

Responsibility : 

  • Responsible in greeting clients and visitors with a positive, friendly and helpful attitude.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service assistance.
